The short tour was organised through Shows For Schools, by Colac Otway Shire's Sustainability Officer, Steve Turnock. This is what he said about it:

"Dreamer in the Deep" came to Colac Otway Shire as part of World Environment Day 2019. Richard’s wonderful lighting, props and bespoke soundtrack  provided a magical backdrop, enabling his incredible skill as a puppeteer to take the audience on a magical journey beneath the sea. Evocative and beautifully enacted, Dreamer’s voyage into the unknown captured the imaginations of young and old alike, leaving Shire audiences spell-bound.
